At what temperatures can THORITE coatings be applied?
Between 40 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit (4 to 44 degrees Celsius). Best results are achieved between 70 and 90 degrees F.
Does THORITE offer warranties?
Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty.
What type of surface preparation is required prior to coating?
Power washing is normally adequate to remove dirt and other loose debris. Any material that is poorly adhered or in bad condition should be scraped off or mechanically removed and the surface should be completely dry prior to any product applications.
Do I have to do a full coating job or can I just do repairs?
Although the durability of a full system application is significantly higher, THORITE products are commonly used for leak repair and general roof maintenance.
Do you need primers?
No, THORITE products do not require primers, saving time and creating efficiencies in your product application.
